We believe the innovation these suppliers bring to our business is invaluable, therefore we have set concrete goals to leverage our purchasing power and advance opportunities to diverse owned businesses.

The economic empowerment of Black owned businesses is important to MGM Resorts, accordingly our leadership has committed to elevating our engagement with Black owned businesses, especially in Las Vegas, where we are headquartered. 

In addition, we are proud of our Supplier Diversity Mentorship Program, a 6-month engagement designed to support business owners in achieving their full potential. The program pairs diverse owned businesses with an MGM executive advisor and instructional learning forums to help them grow their business acumen.  We have a goal to graduate 50 mentees by 2025.
